  • Are you factory or trading company ?

    We are manufacturer with 15years of experiences in home textiles and Alibaba is our new approach on new E-commerce business. We located in Hangzhou,China, the hometexile center for decorative fabrics. we have our own factory and showroom on our own land with more than 15,000.0 square meters of facility.

  • What is your main product?

    Our main products include embroidery and printed fabrics and cushion covers.
  • Do you provide free samples?

    Yes, we can provide free sample for you to check our quality. The freight cost is at your cost. Once you become our regular customers, we will be making special development  free of charge.
  • Can you accept OEM or ODM ?

    OEM and ODM are welcome. We have professional design team to assist you to turn your ideas into reality.
  • Do you stock your products?

    We have a open line of products back in stock for express delivery. Also we keep the fabrics in stock for customized size and styles so that we will have fast delivery for your own designs.
  • How can I get the quotation of my products?

    Please provide me the specifications including size, weight, style, color, packing method, minimum and so on. We will make a quotation with various of options .
  • What’s your minimum order quantity?

    MOQ depends on specific cushion covers you need. Generally, MOQ is 100pcs for prints and embroidery cushion cover and tapestry, digital printed fabrics.
  • What is your quality standard ?

    We are only using Eco friendly materials to produce your order. Our mill has passed SGS, Sedex and all the top industry standard. We are in and do 100% quality inspection on all our products .
  • Can you offer private label with our own brand logo?

    Yes, we can customize your own logo and packing according to your requirement. We have extensive selections of style for your options. please check with our sales rep for more details.
  • How long does it take to manufacture once an order has been placed?

    For our best seller and back-in-stock line, we can ship in 5 to 15 days. For customer-specific items with logo or packing, it normally takes 30-40 days, depending on the overall order quantity and type of product.
  • What types of packaging do you usually use?

    We have the simple packing (department and shop use), individual bag packing with bar code (Amazon standard packing), and luxury box packing (boutique store or designers brand use). Please see image above for more details. We can do customized packing on request.
  • What is the product-per-unit cost including shipping via EMS, DHL or FedEx to our country?

    Once you have determined the order items and quantity, we will work out your quote based on destination, shipping method, weight and packing size. Then we will be able to give you the quote straight away.
  • Can you ship via an Amazon warehouse?

    We can do many FDA shipments to Amazon customers to US And UK.
    We work with a reliable shipping forwarder that can provide low cost and time saving solutions .
  • What is your payment method and term?

    TT payment is common. We also accept PayPal for sample orders of less than 100 US dollars .
    For bulk orders our customers use TT payment and trade insurance on This ensures both parties have 100% secure payment and service satisfaction.
    For smaller orders of less than $1,000 we require full payment before production .
    For bulk, we will accept a 30% deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipping (for air or courier shipment), or pay against bill of loading (for sea container shipment).
